Return Policy

Important Notice: Return services are available for US orders only. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped to customers outside the United States at this time.

Returns — US Orders

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label intact. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date (the return window begins on the day tracking shows a delivered status). Items must also be shipped back within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.

For split-package orders, the 7-day window begins from the date and time of the final package delivery.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item on our part.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your returned package for processing.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Open-pack wholesale orders

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account → Orders.
  2. Locate the order you wish to return and open the order details. Items eligible for return will show a Return button.
  3. Adjust the quantity for each item you are returning and click Continue.
  4. Select the reason for your return and submit. Some return reasons will require a photo submission — please provide clear photos showing the issue.
  5. Once submitted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions via email. Your RA number must be included with your returned package for processing.
  6. To check the status of your return, go to Orders → Return and search by your RA number or order number.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
